Pose & Poise is a professional portfolio platform designed for models. Our Service allows users to create and manage digital portfolios, comp cards, and professional profiles to showcase their work to potential clients and agencies.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSE & POISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pose & Poise operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
